What is Tradelink Rewards?

Tradelink Rewards has been designed to reward our customers for their loyalty. Members of the program earn Tradelink Rewards points for every dollar spent with Tradelink and can be redeemed for hundreds of rewards including entertainment and gift cards!

How do I accumulate Tradelink Rewards points?

As a member you are eligible to earn Tradelink Rewards points with every Tradelink purchase. Points will be automatically credited to your Tradelink Rewards account each month.

You will get one point for every $1 spent, plus there are bonus points for hitting monthly spend targets, as well as bonus point promotions to boost your balance. Details of bonus point opportunities will be available on the Tradelink Rewards website and with your monthly point statement.

How can I pay my Tradelink Trade account?

There are five ways to pay your Tradelink Trade account:
1. B-Pay over the phone or via the internet
2. Direct Debit. Account details are available on your monthly statement.
3. Cash, Cheque or EFT at any Tradelink branch
4. Visa or MasterCard (surcharge will apply) by calling the Tradelink credit team on 1300 555 169 or by completing the remittance form and mailing to the address provided at the bottom of your statement.
5. Mail your cheque to Tradelink using the address provided at the bottom of your statement.

How do I receive my points?

Following receipt of your payment, Tradelink Rewards points will be credited to your Tradelink Rewards account within 14 days of the start of each month for the previous month. Bonus points will be awarded at the end of the promotional period.

Do my Tradelink Rewards Points expire?

Generally, Tradelink Rewards Points are valid for 2 years from when they are earned. Points usually expire at the beginning and middle of the Calendar Year.

However, if your Account has not earned points in a three month period, on the fourth month, the account will be placed on hold and your points may be expired. Tradelink Rewards is not obligated to contact you before points are expired, but may choose to do so to inform you.

How do I redeem Tradelink Rewards?

Members can redeem their rewards:

  • Online at tradelinkrewards.com.au
  • By calling the Tradelink Rewards Customer Service team on 1300 785 811 between 9am to 5pm AEST Monday to Friday.

What is auto-redemption?

You can redeem your Tradelink Rewards points automatically for selected rewards items such as vouchers by setting up an Auto-redemption. You have three options.

  • 1. Annual Auto-redemption*
    Simply choose the date you wish to redeem your Tradelink Rewards points each year. It could be just before your birthday so you can buy yourself a treat. Or perhaps you would prefer to redeem your Tradelink Rewards points just before the holiday season. The date you choose for the annual Auto-redemption option is up to you.
  • 2. Periodic Auto-redemption*
    Redeem your Tradelink Rewards points every 3, 6 or 12 months.
  • 3. Reward value Auto-redemption*
    Automatically receive select rewards when you have accumulated sufficient Tradelink Rewards points. For example, you could choose to receive a $100 Myer Gift Card as soon as you have enough Tradelink Rewards points to redeem that reward.

To set up an Auto-redemption, select a reward and click "Set up Auto-Redemption" and follow the prompts.

You may also choose to allow your Reward Points to accumulate and redeem them at your convenience.

* It can take up to 28 days for your Reward to be sent to you once you qualify for the Auto-redemption. For Auto-redemption options 1 & 2, at the time of the Auto-redemption you will receive as many of your selected Reward that you are eligible for with your Tradelink Rewards Points balance at that time. For Auto-redemption option 1 the Reward would be sent to you up to 28 days after the date you nominate, if you have sufficient Tradelink Rewards Points to qualify for the redemption.

To change or cancel future Auto-redemption options visit the Tradelink Rewards website and go to My Activity. If an Auto-redemption had been processed, any changes made to Auto-redemption preferences will only be applicable for future redemptions. How do I know how many points I have accumulated?

  • You can access your points balance 24 hours / 7 days through the Tradelink Rewards Website. Simply login to view your current Points Balance, transaction history and redemption activity online.
  • We will send you a monthly Statement via email which states your Points balance.
  • Call Tradelink Rewards Customer Service on 1300 785 811 between 9am to 5pm AEST Monday to Friday.

What can I redeem my Tradelink Rewards Points for?

With Tradelink Rewards you can redeem your Points for a variety of purchases including technology, homewares, gifts,entertainment and experiences, as well as gift cards and shopping vouchers. Shop for the latest brand name products and shopping vouchers.

Our Personal Shopper service allows you to use your Rewards Points for payment towards non-catalogue items, such as redemption of a specific product / service when a written quote is provided. Tradelink Rewards will pay for this invoice on your behalf. To take advantage of this service, you must have a minimum points balance of 300,000. Points. A 20% fee of the invoiced amount will be applied to the final points conversion. For further information, contact the Tradelink Rewards team on 1300 785 811.

What is Points Plus Pay?

Points Plus Pay makes it really easy to receive your rewards sooner by giving you the flexibility to use your Tradelink Rewards points for part of your reward and pay the balance on your credit card. A minimum point spend applies, but you can nominate the amount of points you use and the program automatically calculates the remaining amount left to pay.

eGift/Gift card FAQs



I’m unable to access my eGift Card/the link to access my eGift Card is not working.
If clicking the Access eGift Card button in your email doesn't work, please copy and paste the entire URL into your web browser address bar. Please try using different browsers available to you as some browser versions might not be supported.

When accessing my eGift Card link, my card is showing as invalid or the value of the card is showing as $0.
If the eGift Card balance is showing as invalid or $0, please wait for a few minutes before accessing the link again as the eGift Card is currently being loaded. This process can take up to 30 minutes.

How can I check the balance of my eGift/Gift Card?
Please contact the Gift Card retailer if the balance of your eGift/Gift Card can be verified online.

Are there limits on how many eGift/Gift Cards I can use?
For certain retailers there may be limits to the number of eGift/Gift Cards you can use per transaction. Please check the terms and conditions for the eGift/Gift Card you have ordered.

Where can I use my eGift/Gift Card?
Restrictions may apply in regards to the stores you can use your eGift/Gift Card at. Please check the terms and conditions for the eGift/Gift Card you have ordered.

Can I use my eGift/Gift Card online?
Most retailers allow you to use your eGift/Gift Card online. However, restrictions may apply. Please check the terms and conditions for the eGift/Gift Card you have ordered.

I cannot find an answer to my question.

What happens to my points if I close my Tradelink Account?

Should you choose to close your Tradelink Trade account, your Rewards account will be closed and any unredeemed points will be forfeited.

How do I become a Tradelink Rewards member?

Tradelink Rewards membership is open to eligible Trade Account holders. To register complete the Tradelink Rewards Application Form online or call Tradelink Customer Service on 1800 758 624.

How much does it cost to be a Tradelink Rewards member?

$0. It costs you nothing and rewards you for your loyalty.

How long does the program last?

This program is designed to be ongoing. Tradelink Pty Ltd at its absolute discretion reserves the right to amend or conclude the program at any time.

Can I get my reward delivered to anyone?

Yes you can. Your rewards can be delivered to any address you specify, except a PO Box address. You can nominate the delivery address of your rewards during redemption. This address is used for that redemption only and does not change your account record with Tradelink or for future redemptions. Please note, any redemptions regardless of the physical address, are always addressed in the Member's name.

How long will it take to receive my reward?

We will endeavour to deliver rewards as soon as possible, however, please allow 28 days for delivery of all redeemed rewards. Please note, that there may be longer delivery times around peak periods of the year. We will attempt to notify you of any anticipated delays. If you would like to check your reward delivery status, you can login to the Tradelink Rewards website and visit My Account or contact us at 1300 785 811.

What do I do if the product I ordered becomes delayed or discontinued/out of stock?

If your product is delayed or discontinued, we will do our best to contact you to make alternate arrangements. In some cases this could involve a substitute product, waiting for delivery of your initial choice or a refund of your Tradelink Rewards Points. If you are trying to find out about a redemption you have placed, you can login to the Tradelink Rewards website and visit My Account or contact us at 1300 785 811.

What do I do if the product I ordered needs to be replaced?

Replacement product will be sent, should your reward be faulty or damaged on arrival. Should this be the case, please contact us at 1300 785 811 and we will arrange for the return of the faulty item and an identical product to be sent as a replacement. However, this replacement order is at the sole discretion of Tradelink.

What about warranties and after-sale technical support?

Tradelink Rewards offers leading brands, backed by genuine manufacturer service warranties and after-sale support. If you have a specific enquiry about the product you have redeemed, please contact the manufacturer. Proof of Purchase can be requested from Tradelink Rewards at 1300 785 811.

Troubleshooting

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Please contact the manufacturer for specific advice. Should you need Proof of Purchase, please contact Tradelink Rewards via the Contact Us page of this website.

Please note: Tradelink Pty Ltd reserves full rights to cancel Tradelink Rewards Points that relate to purchases/invoices that are not paid for by the customer within the agreed trading terms. For clarity, unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard trading terms will apply which is 30 days after the end of month of purchase.
